I do love to drink a lot of water to the extent that when I will check my urine, it will be colorless. It says that it is not good as it can erode the sodium in the body. I can even just have water in-take the whole day and that is without solid food. I can take that if I decided to do it. That was my weight loss secret when I was younger until I weighed around less than 100lbs.
